Senior Workday Data & Reporting Analyst - Bucharest

Location: Bucharest, Sector 2 (hybrid format) - near Aurel Vlaicu metro station (on metro line M2), approximately a 10-minute walk away

Contract: Fixed-term until the end of 2027 (extension possible afterwards)

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: 10,000 – 13,000 RON net/month

What will you do?

• You will administer and optimize data in Workday Core HCM, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

You will work directly with:

• EIBs and massive data uploads

• Data cleansing and data reconciliation

• Supervisory Organizations

• Advanced Reports and dashboards

• Complex HR data analysis and validations

• You will investigate and resolve operational requests through ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar), collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

• You will participate in global transformation, migration, and HR process optimization projects.

• You will build and improve reports used by senior international stakeholders.

• You will have the opportunity to share your expertise and support colleagues in international teams.

The ideal profile:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday, HRIS, HR Data, or Reporting

• Solid experience in:

Workday Core HCM

EIBs and data transfers

Data validation & reconciliation

Workday Reporting

• Experience in an operational support and ticket management environment

• Very good understanding of HR processes and data

• Fluent English

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• ServiceNow or other ticketing systems

• Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools

• Workday Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, or other Workday modules

• Reorganization, data migration, or complex organizational change projects
