Senior Workday Data Migration Expert (m/f/d)

Support the migration of HR data from legacy systems to Workday, including data analysis, mapping, and transformation / Define and maintain migration mappings, conversion rules, and related documentationEnsure alignment between business requirements, functional design, and technical migration solutions / Support global Workday template deployments while addressing country-specific requirementsExecute historical data migrations and associated validation and reconciliation activitiesAnalyze data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actionsSupport local teams with data cleansing, preparation, and validation activitiesEnsure data readiness and quality for testing phases (SIT, UAT), mock loads, and Go-LiveSupport data transformation and loading activities using Workday and CloverDXPlan and coordinate test migrations, mock conversions, and production data loadsMonitor migration processes, resolve data-related issues, and manage dependencies with technical and integration teams / Support document migration activities, including analysis, design, and implementationCollaborate with international stakeholders, technical teams, integration partners, and Accenture / Proactively identify migration risks and opportunities for process improvement Hands-on experience in data migration projectsStrong experience with HR data migrations and large-scale international rollout or transformation programsProven experience in legacy-to-target data mappingStrong expertise in data quality assurance, data cleansing, and data validationExperience with reconciliation processes, defect management, and root cause analysisExtensive experience across the full data conversion lifecycle, including mock loads, cutover, and Go-LiveAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilitiesExperience collaborating with business stakeholders and country organizations on data preparation activitiesSelf-driven, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of ownershipExcellent communication skills and a hands-on approach A highly motivated team and an open way of communication Dynamic and innovative market environmentPossibilities to work in a home office IT is and always has been our core business that laid the foundation for Hays' success.
