You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions using Workday technology. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in implementing and configuring Workday systems, as well as providing training and support to end-users. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Providing expert-level consulting services on Workday implementation, configuration, and customization • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday features and best practices • Mentoring junior consultants and sharing knowledge and expertise • Participating in project planning, execution, and delivery • Providing training and support to end-users on Workday systems and processes.
