As a Senior Business Information Systems Specialist - Full-Time (m/f/d), you will systematize process flows, implement projects independently, and integrate new processes into our company. Together with us, you will work on the future of Cordes Consulting and drive our company growth forward.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Establish Business Processes: To enable us to continue growing, we need excellent business processes and workflows. As a Senior Business Information Systems Specialist - Full-Time (m/f/d), you will introduce these into our company and thus set the course for our growth.

• Process Improvement: As a Senior Business Information Systems Specialist - Full-Time (m/f/d), you must understand and oversee all our business processes. In doing so, you will identify potential for improvement and optimize our internal workflows.

• Accompany Projects: You will oversee the introduction of new IT systems and lead internal projects that advance our company.
  

• Training: Once you have established, understood, and improved new processes, you will be responsible for documenting and recording training materials for our internal training platform.

Base Salary: Senior Business Information Systems Specialist - Full-Time (m/f/d): €6,300 gross per month

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Systems, Banking, or a comparable field of study

• Several years of relevant professional experience in establishing, optimizing, and managing business processes in a growing corporate environment

• Demonstrable experience in the implementation and further development of IT systems as well as in accompanying complex digitalization projects

• Sound knowledge of project management and routine in leading and implementing internal projects

• Experience in process analysis and improvement as well as in sustainable documentation and standardization of workflows

• Practical experience in creating training materials and conducting internal training and knowledge transfer

• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking, organizational skills, result and solution orientation, as well as strong team orientation combined with a confident demeanor, independent working style, and a high degree of communication skills

• Excellent comprehension, high discipline, and precise work even under pressure

• Confident communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues clearly and understandably
