To fully prepare and guide new construction & major maintenance for the heat network and heat recovery installations, we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Werkvoorbereider 32-40 hours per week.

Within SVP, the role of Senior Werkvoorbereider is a key position to achieve optimal project realization. You set boundaries and budgets and inform clients and other stakeholders timely, accurately, and fully about the work activities. You ensure that contract parties are on track and provide guidance where necessary, and you monitor quality and safety in the field. You will often go out regularly!

Your main tasks

• Monitoring of planning and progress of project activities, as well as conducting project administration and reporting thereon;
• Preparing and processing the complete project file for handover to exploitation name;
• Timely and comprehensive communication of work activities and any related heat disruptions to clients and other stakeholders;
• Guiding contract parties in executing work activities;
• Gathering information to establish a project definition;

Filling out the preparation phase for work activities, which includes (in consultation with project leaders, team leaders, and/or project owner) the following:

• Preparing investment budgets and estimates;
• Preparing project planning;
• Preparing VGM Plan;
• Requesting and evaluating tenders;
• Requesting work permits;
• (Letting) prepare and (letting) evaluate detail engineering;
• Inventorizing and describing dependencies with other stakeholders (municipality, competent authority, underground interest party, etc.) and other projects.

• You have at least a completed MBO-4 degree in mechanical engineering, installation or equivalent;
• You have several years of experience, for example within a production environment, and you are standing firmly on your feet;
• Do you already have some knowledge of the heat world (VEWA)? That's great! We'll teach you that if needed;
• You are ambitious, this role is well-suited for growing into, for example, project leader;
• You possess the VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it;
• You have an infectious enthusiasm;
• Structured working in a team-oriented manner;
• Lunching is healthy, you bring a good dose of humor along.

The Werkvoorbereider position within SVP is a broad and technically challenging function within a professional organization, where expertise takes precedence. A basic salary of approximately € 3000,- to maximum € 4950,- gross per month (based on full-time employment) scaled based on knowledge and experience;

On top of basic salary: 8% vacation allowance, 4.5% end-of-year bonus, and 1.8% preliminary pension scheme;

Excellent secondary working conditions, such as 28.5 vacation days per year for full-time employment and a pension supplement of 70%.
