Senior Werkscontroller (m/w/d) - Produktionscontrolling / Direktvermittlung

You want to take genuine influence on production processes and profitability as a Senior Werkscontroller (m/w/d)? For an established industrial company, we are looking for an experienced person in the field of Werks- and Produktionscontrolling within the framework of direct placement. In this key role, you will work closely with the plant management team and actively shape the financial control of the site.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for the production controlling of a production site
• Creation, guidance, and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Implementation of cost-, result-, and deviation analyses
• Analysis and optimization of key figures (e.g. manufacturing costs, productivity, scrap rates)
• Establishment and further development of a structured OEE controlling
• Implementation of investment- and profitability calculations
• Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Participation in cross-sectional projects and reporting processes

Qualifikation

• Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Multiple years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the production or plant environment
• Fundamental knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA)
• Excellent Excel skills, experience with BI tools a plus
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and confident appearance towards specialists and management staff
• Very good German language skills, English language skills desirable
