Senior Welding Engineer

IMSAT is looking for a passionate Senior Welding Engineer with experience and desire to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality. If you have expertise in working with metals and want to be part of a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

- Continuous improvement of welding processes, according to technical norms;

- Ensuring compliance with client's technical requirements both in documentation and execution;

- Creating welding documentation for projects;

- Calculating material consumption for projects;

- Applying EN 9606-1 and EN 15614-1 standards for the welding process;

- Coordinating the welding process according to EN ISO 14731 and EN ISO 3834-2 on construction sites;

- Supervising welding activities on site, where necessary;

- Proposing measures to reduce costs and optimize processes;

- Providing technical support for corrective actions and implementing them;

- Supporting the qualification/authorization process of welding personnel and maintaining records at company/division level;

- Elaborating procedures and work instructions for welding activities.
