Your Role: Strategic Focus Instead of Admin Chaos

You will work more strategically with us than in traditional management. You will be the confident point of contact for advisory boards, while our structure takes away the administrative madness from you:

• Support: A Customer Success Team answers tickets and standard inquiries for you.

• Technology: A Maintenance Team handles the coordination of tradespeople.

• Backoffice: An Accounting Team keeps the numbers and statements clean.

• AI: Our software automates documentation and daily business.

Your Mission

• Advisory Board Management: You maintain relationships with the advisory boards and confidently guide your communities through the year.

• Meeting Moderation: You moderate hybrid and digital owner meetings with our in-house software.

• Innovation: You are the interface to the product team and help us build the software in a way that saves administrators' lives.
