As a Website Analyst, you're the analytical backbone of our online shop. You understand how to generate real growth drivers from massive data sets, not just reports. You work directly at the interface between business, marketing, and product and ensure that every decision is based on valid data. At IONOS, you shape the future of hosting and cloud business actively.

Aufgabenbereich

• Data Strategy & Ownership: You're responsible for the comprehensive analysis of the customer journey in our online shop and define the KPIs by which we measure our success.
• Insight Generation: You deliver no just numbers, but 'Actionable Insights'. You recognize friction points in the funnel and lead concrete optimization suggestions for e-commerce management.
• Testing & Personalisierung: You're a sparring partner for our conversion optimization team (CRO), accompany A/B tests statistically clean and test their impact on CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
• Tracking-Architektur: Together with data engineering, you ensure precise tracking (client- & server-side) and guarantee high-quality data in a post-cookie era.
• Stakeholder Management: You prepare complex analyses for management (department leadership) so that they serve as a solid decision-making basis.

Qualifikationen

• You have more than 5 years of experience in the field of web analytics or digital analytics, ideally in a high-traffic e-commerce environment or at a SaaS provider.
• You master common tools in your sleep (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Matomo). SQL is standard for you, and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) is expected.
• You have a deep understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS).
• You don't settle for the status quo. You critically question data and have the drive to proactively improve processes.
• You can convey complex issues precisely and convincingly in German and English.
