Senior Web Designer - Full Time (m/f/d)

We are one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in Hamburg and are looking for dedicated employees in the field of web design to join our team as soon as possible and to implement demanding projects with us!
As a Senior Web Designer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the implementation of website projects and the development of tailor-made concepts in close cooperation with our clients. You will also manage and maintain our own website, making you an important part of our web design team.

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses gain more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies, while also receiving lucrative new customer inquiries. Therefore, we are the marketing partner for medium-sized craft and industrial companies.
We are looking for new Web Designers (m/f/d) to help our clients build their online presence so they can successfully achieve their goals in acquiring new customers and employees.
Starting Salary: Senior Web Designer (m/f/d): €5,200 gross per month.
Opportunities for further development and advancement are available.
The onboarding phase usually lasts 2-4 months.
Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough onboarding):
Planning, implementation, and management of websites and landing pages for client projects
Adherence to corporate design and development of creative ideas for campaigns
Maintenance and further development of our agency website; responsibility in the marketing area
Design of UX/UI designs and graphic elements for optimizing user experience
Quality assurance, bug fixing, and performance optimization of websites
Collaboration with the content team and integration of marketing tools

A completed university degree, vocational training in web design/media design, or many years of demonstrable experience as a self-taught web designer
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in web design, ideally in agencies or comparable projects
Very confident use of relevant software solutions such as WordPress, Webflow, Onepage, or comparable tools
Demonstrable experience in media design or graphic design, as well as the ability to implement complex ideas and concepts within the framework of demanding corporate design guidelines
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, as well as a clear sense for modern design and user guidance
Confident, flawless communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
A high degree of personal responsibility and the ability to plan, organize, and complete projects holistically and on time
Quick comprehension, discipline, and the competence not only to adhere to existing processes but also to actively optimize them
Solid knowledge in online marketing is an advantage and will support you in the holistic implementation of client projects
Professional handling of performance pressure and the ability to implement client projects independently and at a high quality level
