As a (Senior) Web & E-Commerce Manager (m/f/x), you will be part of our Marketing team, which we are currently expanding to 6 people, and report to our Head of Marketing. The role arises from the need to specifically develop our web and e-commerce area further and position it for further growth – from UX and CRO to the ongoing optimization of the website and shop. What defines us as a team: Fast implementation instead of long approval loops, short decision-making processes, and plenty of room to try out and implement new ideas, formats, and AI tools.

Your Mission

Website & E-Commerce Ownership

• Further development of the website and the digital purchasing process as a central marketing channel, including prioritization based on business impact and user needs

• Ensuring a current, performant, and user-friendly digital experience – from user guidance and navigation to information architecture

• Development and maintenance of landing pages, campaign pages, and digital marketing experiences

• Accompanying the further development of our commerce landscape, including the evaluation of shop systems and the maintenance of products and shop content

CRO & UX Optimization

• Identification of conversion hurdles along the funnel and building a prioritized CRO roadmap

• Planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize key conversion points (landing pages, product pages, checkout)

• Collaboration with content, design, and marketing to develop compelling user experiences

Analytics, SEO & AI

• Definition and monitoring of relevant website and conversion KPIs, as well as analysis of traffic and funnel performance to derive data-based optimization measures

• Further development of technical SEO fundamentals, including site structure and internal linking

• Use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, content creation, and automation of recurring processes

Your Talent

• Education or degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, product, UX, business informatics, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the further development and optimization of websites, digital purchasing processes, or e-commerce platforms

• Solid knowledge of data-driven conversion optimization, user analysis, and the improvement of digital funnels

• Experience in the creation and further development of landing pages, campaign pages, and digital customer experiences

• Confident use of CMS and/or shop systems, as well as the ability to implement minor technical adjustments independently

• Basic understanding of SEO and GEO to consider search engine and AI-friendly website structures

• Experience in a digital business model, startup, or fast-paced growth environment with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Confident use of AI tools for analysis, content, and automation

• Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of personal responsibility

• A structured, solution-oriented approach with which you thoroughly consider problems from identification to implementation

• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
