Senior Web Developer (m/w/d) / AI Developer 100% Remote

Craftivo is a young, ambitious startup that develops modern software for trade companies – from project and order management to time tracking, offers, and invoices up to the plant floor and team chat. We digitalize daily life on the construction site and in the office, making it noticeably easier.

To further develop our app even faster and better, we consistently rely on AI-supported development. Therefore, we are looking for you: an experienced senior web developer who not only tests but also integrates AI agents sovereignly and productively into their development workflow. 100% remote, in a small team with short distances and plenty of design freedom.

Tasks

You drive the further development of our Craftivo app forward – new features, improvements, and error correction.

You work almost exclusively with AI agents and LLM-based tools and use them to develop faster, cleaner, and more efficiently.

You develop thoughtful prompts and workflows that allow AI agents to relyably engage in coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.

You check, test, and take responsibility for the code generated by AI, ensuring our code quality remains high.

You actively bring your ideas into play and shape product, architecture, and technical decisions.

You keep performance, maintainability, and user-friendliness of our app in mind.

Qualification

Completed education in the IT sector with 3-5 years of professional experience, a completed degree (e.g., computer science) or equivalent qualification.

Fundamental experience in modern web development (front-end and/or back-end).

Numerable experience in the productive use of AI agents and LLM tools in software development – this is central for this role.

Safe instinct for critically evaluating, testing, and improving AI-generated code.

Self-sufficient, structured working style – important for remote team work.

Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (our team and company language is German).
