Senior Web Designer (m/w/d)

We are revolutionizing the legal industry. As one of the fastest-growing Legal Tech companies in Europe, we automate the judicial workflow from the first request to the finished draft using AI. Hundreds of law firms already work with us faster and more efficiently than ever before.

After our 6.5 million euro seed round, we are now scaling up and looking for an AI-native Web Designer who will rethink marketing design.

Aufgaben

You're not just a web designer, you're a creative problem solver who uses KI tools naturally. You design social ads that stand out and capture attention, video ads that captivate, landing pages that convert, and campaigns that stay in your head.

We work data-driven here, test quickly, and iterate even faster. You have direct influence on our growth and shape the visual DNA of a Legal Tech leader.

What you do with us

• Konzeption & Design: User-centered designs for social ads, high-converting landing pages, and offline marketing materials develop
• Video Ads & Motion: Scroll-stopping video ads conceptualize and implement with KI tools (HeyGen, Kling & Co.)
• Rapid Prototyping: Interactive prototypes in Figma create, ideas quickly validate, and implement
• Cross-functional work: Work closely with marketing and product teams
• Design Systems: Scalable component libraries and style guides build and maintain

Qualification

• At least 4 years of experience in web design with a focus on marketing campaigns, video ads, and landing pages
• Excellent handling of Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ideal knowledge of responsive design and frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals)
• Experience working with performance marketing teams: You know the relevant metrics
• A keen sense for visual design, typography, and conversion optimization
• Fluent German, very good English

• Experience with tools like HeyGen, Kling, Lovable, Midjourney, or Nano Banana Pro
• You use generative KI to iterate faster, visualize ideas, and scale designs
• Experience creating and editing video ads and motion content for social media
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up
• Understanding of B2B-SaaS marketing
