We help our customers to take care of their day-to-day finances and to manage, protect and grow their wealth. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Wealth Relationship Manager. Principal responsibilities * Manage and grow a portfolio of Premier and/or Private Banking customers to achieve business objectives. * Provide a full range of financial solutions, including investment, insurance and lending products to customers. * Proactively identify customer needs and provide high-quality service and advice to build strong customer relationships. * Understand customers’ risk profiles and investment objectives to deliver appropriate solutions. * Comply with the relevant internal controls, compliance and credit policies. * Ensure timely execution of all account opening, maintenance, and closing procedures. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive wealth management services. * Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Requirements * University degree or equivalent. * Relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management. * Solid understanding of financial products and services, including investment, insurance and lending. * Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent sales and relationship management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements. * Holder of relevant licenses as required by local regulatory bodies.
