Manpower. Your tasks? Design and develop watch case components (bracelet, clasp, buckle, and boxes), as well as necessary fabrication steps (machining, control, polishing, assembly)? Be the technical contact for the client to ensure perfect understanding of their needs and propose solutions that meet them best, respecting costs, quality, and agreed-upon deadlines? Manage new product homologation? Create technical plans and 3D modeling on a CAD software? Ensure functional planning and costing according to watch industry requirements? Collaborate with industrialization, production, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and optimization of designs and manufacturing costs? Participate in offer establishment? Participate in design reviews and propose innovative technical solutions? Analyze technical constraints and propose improvements in terms of fabrication and assembly? Follow prototype development and ensure validation of parts before launch into production? Create presentation materials for the client. Your skills? CFC Watch Case Construction or degree in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, watchmaking, or similar field? At least 10 years of experience in watch case construction or a similar function? Excellent knowledge of watch materials (steel, titanium, gold, platinum)? Mastery of usual office software and good knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, plus)? Good knowledge of machining processes and watch assembly techniques? Excellent understanding of watch industry norms and requirements? Knowledge of ISO-GPS standard, plus? You are a creative person with an excellent conceptual spirit and propose innovative solutions? You demonstrate a pronounced team spirit and effective communication with different departments? Very good written and oral French skills.
