Senior Warehouse & Inventory Leader | SAP/EWM, GMP

e-ployment consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Singapore. This role involves conducting reviews on picking accuracy, implementing pre-packing controls, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution, particularly within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or FMCG industries. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, proficiency in SAP systems, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also possess a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP EWM. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with GMP and ERP standards; • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Collaborating with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts; • Providing training and guidance to warehouse staff on best practices for picking, packing, and shipping; • Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies; • Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
