Senior Warehouse Automation Specialist

Location: Brazil/Remote Contract: Permanent / Freelance Experience Level: Senior Language: English and Portuguese Mission Overview We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Automation Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced automation solutions within distribution and logistics environments. You will act as a key System Engineer , bridging operational needs with cutting-edge technologies such as robotics, RTLS (Real-Time Locating Systems), and machine vision systems. Your expertise in warehouse automation will enable us to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize advanced automation solutions for distribution and logistics environments; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams; • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in warehouse automation and apply this knowledge to improve processes and systems; • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Computer Science); • At least 5 years of experience in warehouse automation or a related field; • Strong understanding of robotics, RTLS, machine vision systems, and other advanced technologies used in warehouse automation; • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java; • Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
