Job Title- MS Teams Voice Engineer Location- Hyderabad, Bangalore Mode- Onsite Job Type: Full-Time Expertise in MS Teams architecture and Direct Routing Strong understanding of voice protocols and codecs In-depth knowledge of Device Manager and AudioCodes Teams-native phone devices Experience with AudioCodes Gateways/SBCs, including a solid understanding of call routing, call setup rules, and SIP trunks Ability to troubleshoot Teams issues and analyze Call Quality Reports Good knowledge in Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and PowerShell scripting skills
