Senior Videographer

At Morrow Health, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Videographer to join our team. As a key member of our Content and Education team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our innovative approach to preventive healthcare. This includes developing concepts, scripting, filming, and editing videos that highlight our services, patient success stories, and thought leadership pieces. You will work closely with our Content and Education team to ensure that all video content aligns with our brand and messaging. Key Responsibilities: • Develop concepts and scripts for video content that showcase our services, patient success stories, and thought leadership pieces • Film and edit high-quality video content that highlights our innovative approach to preventive healthcare • Collaborate with our Content and Education team to ensure that all video content aligns with our brand and messaging • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production and editing • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new video content ideas • Work closely with our marketing team to ensure that all video content is optimized for social media and other digital platforms • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and partners • Participate in internal and external events, such as conferences, workshops, and training sessions, to stay current with industry developments and best practices • Contribute to the development of our content strategy and ensure that all video content aligns with our overall brand and messaging goals. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in video production and editing • Strong portfolio of video content that showcases your skills and experience • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • Experience with motion graphics and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects or Blender • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and ability to develop compelling narratives • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse perspectives and work styles.
