Aufgaben

🤝 YOUR OUTPUT:

• High-Level Production: You are responsible for the independent production of high-end Social Media Videos (Reels, TikToks, Ads)
• Performance Ads: You conceptualize and produce in-house Ads for our Recruiting-Funnel, which convert.
• Tech-Management: You manage and optimize our production equipment and ensure State-of-the-Art setups.
• Post-Production Bridge: You prepare the material professionally for post-production or implement key projects yourself.

Qualifikation

🎓 YOU BRING:

• Professional Experience: You are a pro in the Social Media game and have already accumulated several years of professional experience in video production for brands.
• Eigenverantwortung: You work absolutely independently, think with, and take full responsibility for your projects.
• Strategischer Blick: You know the most important KPIs (Retention Rate, CTR etc.) and know how to optimize content to achieve these goals.
• Kommunikationsstärke: You speak fluent German and can present your creative visions convincingly in the team and to customers.
• Optional: Storytelling & Editing: You master the cut of short-form content blind – ideally in Premiere Pro or professional CapCut workflow.
