Location: India – Mumbai Role: EVP/SVP– Engineering & Delivery Head (Trade Finance Platforms) Experience: 23 Years Role Overview We are hiring a senior engineering and delivery leader to build and scale next-generation Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms . The role requires a hands-on technology leader with a strong track record in enterprise product engineering, large-scale delivery, and modernization programs across global banks . This mandate sits at the intersection of technological innovation and business acumen. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the development and maintenance of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance platforms • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Providing thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies and trends in the financial services industry • Developing and managing budgets for engineering and delivery initiatives • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team • Mentoring and developing junior engineers and leaders to drive growth and succession planning.
