About you

You’re a motivated, compassionate and positive individual who can effortlessly juggle a range of veterinary nurse tasks. With a can-do and will-do mindset, you consistently aim to enhance customer experience, ensuring the best care for your patients.

You’re also someone who can take the lead when needed – whether that’s guiding newer team members, taking ownership of daily workflows, or helping drive improvements in patient care. You’re eager to further develop your leadership skills as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About us

We are a fast-growing mixed veterinary practice, providing services to both companion and production animals, with close to 50 employees. We invest in our team, and you will receive full training and support with opportunities to develop your veterinary nursing career.

Northland is a great place to live, with high sunshine hours, a variety of outdoor activities (kayaking, surfing, fishing, cycling, tramping etc.), and multiple white sand beaches. Enjoy walking and cycling trails, scenic native bush and the tranquility of rolling green hills. Forget about traffic jams – here, you can have it all, stunning beaches, natural beauty, while still close enough to Auckland if you miss the city lights.

How to apply

If you are keen to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and embrace a lifestyle that combines a fulfilling career with the perks of coastal living, please apply online with your CV and a cover letter telling us more about you and what you will bring to the role.
