Senior Venture Architect (m/f/d) – Munich

Our Mission: We are taking the heat transition into the future and building a system for local craft businesses that combines quality and efficiency. Specifically, this means: We are developing the operating system for our heat pump locations nationwide — from processes, customer acquisition, and craftsman hiring to our own software.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will build the structures and systems with which nuuEnergy scales and manage corporate development. Currently, this primarily means: You will get our location managers up and running. This means you not only lead them but also build the systems with which they perform independently. Furthermore, you are the entrepreneurial arm of the founders: You take over where there is no clear owner yet, make decisions on behalf of management, and work cross-functionally with all other leads. Not an administrative job, but a shaping job.

Your Tasks

• Getting the location model up and running: building a repeatable model with which hubs operate independently, economically, and with strong human resources.
• Developing location managers into true local entrepreneurs: coaching technically strong individuals in leadership and organization, resolving conflicts in craft teams, and enforcing standards without disempowering the teams.
• Quickly bringing important special projects from 0 to 1 and testing & developing new business models with Venture Builder methods.
• Independently solving team and organizational problems (Goal: the majority runs without the founders).
• Participating in personnel decisions — including terminations, if necessary.
• Making the A-player ratio in the team measurable and actively managing it.
• Preparing relevant business decisions cross-functionally with all leads and making them on behalf of management.
• Representing management in meetings, with team leads, and externally.

• German at C2 level and residing in Munich
  
• Real startup experience: In building (e.g., Venture Building, Early Stage, Growth Phase) – no corporate background.
• Leadership experience: Led people, developed them, and also made tough personnel decisions.
• Builder Mindset: You are a generalist and prefer to build systems rather than manage them.
• KPI-focused: You steer with numbers, not with gut feeling.
• Personality: Hungry, high willingness to work, desire to build under uncertainty.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to our locations.
• Industry experience: Heat pumps, energy, skilled trades, construction, or decentralized service models (logistics, retail, franchise, etc.).

• Fixed salary plus bonus plus relevant company participation (VSOP) – you help build and share in the success.
