Senior Value-Based Care Strategist

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior/ Executive to manage projects that promote Appropriate and Value Based Care, oversee hospital-wide initiatives, and support data validation processes. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant healthcare discipline and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. The successful candidate will drive quality improvement projects, collaborate on clinical indicators, and participate in literature reviews related to Value-Based Care. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare strategy development, project management, and data analysis. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Value-Based Care.
