Affiliations

• You design and style visually and interactively excellent user interfaces for our SaaS products – highest craftsmanship level is your expectation, not ours.
• You build our central design system in Figma strategically, maintain it, and document it with the discipline required for a reliably scalable system of tokens, components, and patterns.
• You style precise microinteractions, states, and transitions that noticeably elevate the product experience.
• You work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and QA throughout the entire product development cycle.
• You set generative KI sovereignly and curiously in your daily design work – for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and asset generation.
• You translate design intent into precise prompts, critically evaluate outputs, and steer them towards design quality.
• You possess solid frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, component-based thinking) – on a level that enables communication with Engineering at eye level and allows realistic designs to emerge.
• You bear responsibility for the flow of Figma into the application and drive your own designs with KI- and code tools up to interactive prototypes.
• You work in product discovery phases – from problem understanding to hypotheses to validation – and lead optimizations based on user tests and data analysis.
• You build structures for systematic collection of qualitative and quantitative user data and prepare insights grounded for PM and Product Owner.
• You design and style marketing assets like landing pages, newsletters, and digital campaigns and ensure consistent brand guidance across all channels.
• You lead external service providers in the design and marketing field professionally and take their results.
• You ensure design standards, consistency, and accessibility over the entire product portfolio and maintain design assets seamlessly.
• You observe relevant trends – particularly in the area of generative AI – and proactively share your knowledge with the team.

Qualification

• Multiple-year experience as UX/UI Designer in B2B SaaS or comparable digital product environments – you have co-designed complex products from scratch.
• Excellent craftsmanship level in Figma; proven experience in building and maintaining design systems.
• Safe, reflective handling of generative KI as a design tool – you know when KI helps and when not.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-based frontend development; you don't have to code, but you understand how your designs are built.
• Experience in product discovery, user research, and deriving design decisions from data.
• Degree in Design, Media Informatics, or a comparable field – or equivalent practical qualification.
• Good German language skills (at least C1) and very good English language skills (at least C1).
