Senior UX Researcher - Quantitative Focus (m|f|d)

Not every good idea leads to a better product experience. Reliable user insights help to prioritize product decisions, identify risks early, and make the success of measures measurable. At idealo, you will further expand our research practice with a clear focus on quantitative methods. Together with Product, UX, and Data, you will combine qualitative and quantitative findings to create a well-founded basis for decisions.

Your tasks

• You develop research strategies for complex product questions.

• You select appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods.

• You develop measurement concepts and define meaningful success metrics.

• You examine study designs, sample sizes, bias risks, and statistical results.

• You link product data with qualitative and quantitative insights.

• When data improves a product decision, your contribution will be directly visible.

What you bring to the table

Must-have

• Several years of experience in UX research with a quantitative focus.

• You are confident in using qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• You confidently apply significance tests, correlations, and regressions.

• You understand complex study designs and data triangulation.

• You conduct qualitative interviews confidently in German and English.

• You take responsibility and drive topics forward independently.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with survey design, sampling, scaling, and questionnaire construction.

• Experience with AI tools to support analysis and research processes.
