Your Tasks

As a UX Researcher, you will advise and support customers from various industries and sizes on all topics related to user research, UX evaluation, and validation. Your drive is to identify needs, motivations, and challenges of users and derive usage requirements. You will be confident in planning qualitative and quantitative methods of user research, their implementation, and evaluation. You will bring (first) practical experience in applying and analyzing contextual inquiries, perform analytical inspections, and conceptualize, moderate, and evaluate empirical evaluations with users. UX metrics and methods for their collection and interpretation will be exciting. You will be confident in presenting and justifying your results and actively participate in their consideration in subsequent design phases.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will coordinate projects to develop comprehensive UX concepts and plan, implement, and content-evaluate user research measures. With long-term development perspectives, we offer you the opportunity to set specific priorities regarding industry focus (Medical, Enterprise, Industry, Mobility, Consumer), project, and personnel management.

Your Skills

• Studies in the fields of (cognitive) psychology/cognitive science or human factors.
• As a Senior Researcher: At least three years of professional experience in the field of UX research.
• Passion for human-centered UX concepts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a very organized and structured work style.
• Ability to bring design, innovation, and usability into harmony.
• Continuous willingness to learn new UX research methods and adapt them pragmatically to project requirements.
• Convincing communication skills, empathy, team player.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes.
• You speak German and English fluently.
