Senior UX Researcher

About the Role We are seeking a highly empathetic and analytical Senior UX Researcher to join our growing design team. In this pivotal role, you will champion the voice of the user, uncover deep insights into their behaviors, needs, and motivations, and translate these findings into actionable recommendations that shape the future of our product experience. You will drive research initiatives that inform strategic product decisions, validate design hypotheses, and ensure we are building solutions that truly resonate with our users. Responsibilities * Plan, design, and conduct a variety of user research studies, including but not limited to: * Usability testing (moderated and unmoderated) * In-depth interviews * Surveys * A/B testing * Card sorting * Ethnographic studies * Analyze and synthesize research data, identifying key themes, patterns, and insights. * Create and present clear, concise, and compelling research reports and presentations to stakeholders, including product managers, designers, engineers, and executives. * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand research needs and ensure research findings are integrated into the product development process. * Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization. * Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts. * Stay up-to-date on the latest UX research methodologies and trends. * Mentor and guide junior researchers. * Manage and prioritize multiple research projects simultaneously. * Contribute to the development of our research strategy and roadmap. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in UX research. * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. * Proven ability to plan, design, and conduct a variety of user research studies. * Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods. * Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. * Ability to communicate research findings effectively to a variety of audiences. * Strong presentation and storytelling skills. * Experience with research tools such as UserZoom, Qualtrics, or similar. * Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. * Experience with mobile app research is a plus. * Experience with international research is a plus.
