Senior UX Designer (Financial Services)

As a Senior UX Designer (Financial Services), you will be responsible for: • Designing and developing user-centered financial services products that meet the needs of our clients and their customers; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop prototypes, and test designs; • Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement; • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of financial services industry trends, regulations, and best practices; • Staying up-to-date with the latest UX design tools, technologies, and methodologies. What we're looking for: • 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the financial services or fintech industries; • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience working on complex projects; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar; • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methodologies.
