Senior UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer (all genders) at our location in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will shape the UX vision of the STARFACE Group decisively – across all digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our applications not only function but also captivate.

Your Tasks

• Establishment and professional guidance of a UX/UI team within the STARFACE Group.
• Closely collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure a technically feasible and market-oriented implementation.
• Etablishment and further development of design processes, standards, and toolchains for consistent user experiences across all platforms.
• Responsibility for conceiving, designing, and continuously improving the user interfaces for our PBX systems, mobile and desktop apps, as well as web portals for end-users and administrators.
• Market and trend observation in the field of UX, UI, and business communication to continuously develop our products.
• Development of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to make ideas tangible.
• Responsibility for developing and maintaining a cross-product design system.
• Moderation of workshops for requirement gathering and solution finding.

Your Profile

• Degree in UX/UI Design or comparable degree.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the context of SaaS-, software- or mobile products in the B2B environment.
• Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and decision-making ability.
• Experience in professionally guiding design processes is a big plus.
• Fundamental knowledge in wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, as well as safe handling of tools like Figma, Sketch, etc. First experience with KI tools desirable.
• Communication strength and the ability to present your concepts convincingly internally and externally.
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum) and tools like JIRA or Confluence are advantageous.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days a week from our beautiful Office in Karlsruhe.
