Senior UX Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

• Understand and optimize user interaction with our products, focusing on usability, conversion, and delight;
• Conduct user research (interviews, questionnaires, usability tests) to identify needs, pains, and behaviors;
• Develop personas that represent real candidate profiles, guiding design and product decisions;
• Create navigable prototypes at different levels of fidelity to test hypotheses and validate solutions;
• Plan and execute A/B tests and usability tests with real users, proposing improvements based on results;
• Use data tools and heatmaps to analyze behavior data and identify patterns that impact the experience;
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across channels (CRM, portals, apps, campaigns);
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to transform insights into real deliveries;
• Monitor UX metrics and propose evolutions based on data and behavior;
• Act in the discovery of new products and functionalities with a focus on the user.

Technical Profile:

• Solid experience as a UX Designer or Senior UX Analyst in digital products;
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools;
• Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and emotional design;
• Experience with A/B tests, field research, interviews, and behavior analysis;
• Ability to transform data into hypotheses and hypotheses into testable solutions;
• Familiarity with conversion metrics, funnel capture, and user journey;
• Good communication and articulation skills with diverse areas (Product, Marketing, IT).
