Senior User Experience Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements and product initiatives into elegant solutions that balance user needs with business goals. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design cohesive, end‑to‑end user experiences across our products. Key Responsibilities Translate business goals, product initiatives into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cohesive, end-to-end user experiences. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and align with business objectives. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to inform design decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Contribute to the development of our design system and guidelines. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Portfolio that showcases your design process and thinking. Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods. Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
