Senior Corporate Controller (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks with us:

• Responsibility for operational and strategic corporate controlling
• Preparation, analysis, and further development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Establishment and continuous optimization of meaningful key performance indicator, reporting, and steering systems
• Ensuring high data quality and plausibility of business key figures
• Preparation of budget, forecast, and liquidity planning
• Conducting target-actual comparisons and variance and profitability analyses
• Preparation of complex corporate key figures for management, shareholders, and investors
• Independent processing of ad-hoc analyses and special evaluations for various company divisions
• Development of recommendations for action and active sparring for management on business management issues
• Participation in financing, investment, and corporate development projects
• Further development and digitalization of controlling processes, planning tools, and reporting structures
• Close collaboration with various departments

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, finance, controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in corporate controlling, subsidiary controlling, investor reporting, or comparable functions
• Demonstrable experience in preparing meaningful management and shareholder reporting
• Proficient in planning, forecast, and reporting processes
• Strong understanding of numbers and the ability to analyze and present complex issues understandably
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility, and ability to implement
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor towards executives, investors, and other stakeholders
• Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP and BI systems
• Structured way of working, even with short-term requests and changing priorities
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
