What you will achieve

• Assessment of risks in the following areas: UVG (compulsory accident insurance), UVG supplementary insurance, collective daily sickness allowance insurance (KTG)
• Processing of tenders/broker inquiries
• Carrying out renewals and restructuring measures
• Technical support for brokers
• Participation in customer meetings
• Monitoring the profitability of your own portfolio
• Analysis of loss ratios and portfolio developments
• Contribution to product and process improvements

What you bring

• University/University of Applied Sciences degree, qualification as an insurance specialist or comparable insurance technical training
• Several years of experience in underwriting UVG and KTG in the area of broker management
• Good knowledge of social insurances and personal insurances
• Negotiation skills
• Customer and broker orientation
• Independent way of working
• High resilience and decision-making ability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
