Senior Underwriter / LatAm W&I A global insurer is expanding its transactional risk practice into Latin America and is looking to appoint an attorney into the team as an M&A Underwriter to play a central role in that growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-capitalised, internationally recognised insurer at the ground floor of a strategic market expansion — working on complex, cross-border transactions across one of the world's most dynamic and fast-developing M&A markets. You will be responsible for underwriting and managing a portfolio of transactions in Latin America, working closely with our local teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This role requires strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a law degree (LL.B or J.D.) and at least 5 years' experience as an attorney in the M&A field, preferably with exposure to Latin American markets. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing M&A transactions in Latin America.
