Partner with the underwriting team to develop and implement underwriting strategies that add value to the business. Collaborate with brokers, customers, and other stakeholders to identify and manage risk. Utilise your expertise to provide guidance and support to junior underwriters. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our underwriting practices remain relevant and effective. Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through innovative underwriting solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, reliable, and proactive in your interactions. Work closely with other teams within the corporate office to achieve business objectives.
