Your Tasks

• Conceptualization and design of user-centered app experiences for the fluege.de Native Apps (iOS & Android) – from idea to user journeys, wireframes, and final UI
• Independent planning and implementation of qualitative (usability tests) and quantitative (A/B tests, UX KPIs) research and test methods, as well as deriving concrete design measures
• Further development and maintenance of the Design System with a focus on native app components (variables, properties, modes, platform-specific UI building blocks)
• Ensuring a smooth design handoff: platform-specific specification, annotation, and close cooperation with iOS and Android development
• Active participation in data-driven design decisions based on app analytics, user behavior, and business KPIs
• Closely working together with Product, Development, and Marketing to align requirements, priorities, and user needs

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of UX / Interaction / Digital Design or comparable professional experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android), including a solid understanding of Apple HIG and Material Design 3
• Familiarity with Figma, including working with and maintaining Design Systems and component libraries
• Understanding of UX KPIs and app analytics, as well as experience in deriving data-based design decisions
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and barrier-free app design – an advantage
• Experience with agile working methods; openness to or active use of AI-supported design tools (e.g., Figma AI, generative image tools, prompt-based prototyping) – an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
