Your Tasks

• Conceptualization and design of app experiences based on user behavior, current design trends, and business goals
• Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes, user journeys, interaction flows, and UI-design-assets for mobile applications
• Definition, application, and evaluation of UX KPIs as well as the conduct of A/B tests to data-based optimize app features and user experience
• Further development and maintenance of the design system with a focus on mobile components (e.g. variables, properties, modes, and app-specific UI building blocks)
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating unmoderated usability tests
• Ensuring consistent and platform-adequate implementation of design and visual guidelines within the app
• Closely working with stakeholders to align requirements, priorities, and user needs
• Active co-shaping of data-driven design decisions for continuous improvement of the app experience

Your Profile

• Degree in UX / Interaction / Digital / Communication Design or equivalent education
• Experience in mobile app design as well as user-centered work for digital products
• Very good knowledge of Figma, especially in building and further developing design systems, components, and collaborative design processes for apps
• Experience with agile working methods and common tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, FigJam)
• Good understanding of UX KPIs, app analytics, and data-based decision-making
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) as well as an understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
