Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model As a Senior Treasury Systems Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the capital markets industry. You will support the Markets Treasury (MKTY) programme, focusing on system flow analysis, product accounting, and business readiness activities for Germany. Your main responsibilities: Analyze and document front-to-back system flows for key MKTY products: Money Markets, Loans & Deposits, and BondsSupport the development of accounting schemas and setup of sub-ledger and ledger requirementsContribute to requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and business readiness initiativesEnsure Germany setup aligns with Global PC controls and TOMS standardsEngage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within capital markets or treasury environmentsStrong expertise in MKTY products: Money Markets, Loans & Deposits, BondsSolid understanding of front-to-back system flows and accounting principles related to treasury productsProven experience in requirements definition, UAT, and business readiness activitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, delivery-focused, and adaptable to change It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Understanding of key PC controls and Global TOMS standardsExperience supporting regulatory or market entry programmes Languages required for the role: Fluent English (excellent command) Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. #MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
