Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

Today, over 150 employees are working at our locations in Hamburg, Kiel, and our own 22,000 m² logistics center in Lensahn to develop Pammys into a global footwear brand.

With increasing purchasing volumes, international growth, and high investments in goods and marketing, professional treasury is becoming increasingly important for us.

Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager (m/f/d) who will proactively manage our liquidity, optimize cash flow structures, and ensure that our growth is always solidly financed.

• You will be responsible for our liquidity planning and cash flow management and develop rolling forecasts for short-, medium-, and long-term financing needs.
• You will manage our working capital and, together with Accounting, Controlling, Sourcing, and Operations, optimize payment terms, inventory, and capital commitment.
• You will be responsible for cooperation with banks, financing partners, and payment service providers and further develop existing financing structures.
• You will analyze financial risks and ensure professional management of currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
• You will further develop our treasury processes, systems, and reporting and create maximum transparency regarding cash and financing needs.
• You will support management and Finance Leadership with financing decisions, investments, and strategic scenario analyses.

• Several years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, or Working Capital Management
• Very good understanding of liquidity planning, cash flow, financing, and financial risks
• Experience in an e-commerce, retail, consumer, or fast-growing company environment is a big plus
• Proficient in Excel as well as treasury, ERP, or banking systems
• Experience in cooperating with banks and financing partners
• You work analytically, proactively, and precisely, and can clearly articulate complex financial topics
