The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in operational roles within the telecommunications industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans. This role entails liaising with executive stakeholders, managing business transformation efforts, and ensuring readiness for implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improving process efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
