Senior Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

Build our transfer pricing structures for the next phase of growth.

Black Semiconductor is growing internationally and is further expanding its Finance organization for the next phase of growth. In doing so, we are creating today the tax and transfer pricing structures that we need for our continued international development.

In this role, you won't just take over existing structures – you'll help shape them. You will be responsible for central transfer pricing topics, support our international tax compliance, and further develop structures that scale with our growth.

Our Technology

Your Responsibilities

Transfer Pricing: You will be responsible for central transfer pricing topics and further develop our structures and documentation in the course of our international expansion.

Tax Compliance: You will ensure the tax compliance of our international corporate group and coordinate relevant topics with external advisors and authorities.

International Structure Development: You will support the establishment of our international companies and help shape the necessary tax and intercompany structures for them.

Collaboration & Ownership: You will work closely with Finance Leadership, CFO, Management, and relevant external partners, contributing your expertise where in-depth technical knowledge and hands-on implementation are required.

What you bring to the table

• Sound experience in Transfer Pricing

• Very good knowledge of international Tax Compliance

• Experience with international corporate structures and their tax requirements

• A strong hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in building structures independently

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
