Job description

Identify and collate all information required to on-board a new debt facility and review and negotiate the Finance Documents (Facilities Agreement, Intercreditor Agreement, Security Documents, etc. in close coordination with internal and external legal teamsWork in close cooperation with all deal participants including legal counsels, compliance, sponsors, borrowers, lenders and debt advisersHandle amendments, additional facilities, ancillary facilities and other post-closing activitiesManaging secondary debt trades / lender transfers, and ad-hoc requestManaging additional utilisations, roll-overs and prepayment requestsManaging waiver and consents requests and loan amendments and arranging for Lender votingMonitoring Loan covenants and Margin rachetsEnsuring timely updating of internal systems and processes Demonstrated ability to multitask, often under tight deadlines, while maintaining high standardsGood teamwork, organisational skills, and ability to prioritiseExcellent communication skillsProactive and self-motivated, eye for detailFluent in German and English Base salary + bonusHybrid workingCareer developmentGood holiday entitlement True financial experts are rare, in great demand and therefore have a high market value.
