The Opportunity:
As Senior Town Planner, you’ll assist with leading high-impact planning projects, provide advice to clients and stakeholders, and mentor a talented team of planners. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on responsibility, influence, and the chance to drive both project and team success.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the delivery of complex strategic and statutory planning projects
- Provide high-level planning advice to clients, authorities, and stakeholders
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
- Represent the consultancy at panels, tribunals, and public forums
- Mentor and guide junior planners, fostering growth and capability
- Strengthen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Work with a leading team known for providing an outstanding culture
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban & Regional Planning
- Deep understanding of NSW planning frameworks and legislation
- An eagerness to start mentoring juniors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strategic oversight
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional excellence
