Your Tasks

• Taking over strategic and organizational tasks in test management

• Maintaining and developing the test strategy and test concept

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring all test activities in the project

• Defining test stages (Integration Test, User Acceptance Test, Regression Test)

• Creating and maintaining a test schedule and coordinating with project phases

• Supporting test resource planning and coordination of test teams

• Ensuring test coverage based on business processes

• Test design and creation of test cases, especially in SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build)

• Planning and controlling regression tests, specifically for SAP S/4HANA systems and applications

• Supporting test execution, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders

• Mentoring and configuring test management processes in SAP Solution Manager including setting up dashboards and reports for progress control

• Controlling and moderating the defect management process as well as classifying, prioritizing, and tracking errors

• Aligning with development teams, departments, and project leadership to solve test and quality issues

• Organizing and conducting trainings and coaching for testers, key users, and departments, as well as supporting the testing of end-to-end processes across various S/4HANA modules

Must Requirements

• German language skills at a native speaker level or CEFR-Level C2

• English language skills at least CEFR-Level B2

• Documented experience of at least 500 person-days in test management in large IT projects with more than 50 project participants and multiple locations

• Several years of professional experience in test management, ideally in large SAP or transformation projects

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and controlling test strategies, test concepts, and test plans as well as coordinating all test activities

• Experience in planning and controlling regression tests as well as operational test execution, especially in SAP S/4HANA environments

• Experience in defect management including controlling, moderating, classifying, prioritizing, and tracking errors

• Experience in mentoring and administering test management processes in SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build), including creating test cases and setting up dashboards/reports for progress control

Can Requirements

• Certification ISTQB Test Manager or equivalent test management certification

• Documented person-days as a test manager in S/4HANA-Transformations projects for evaluation support

• Documented experience using SAP Solution Manager 7.2

• Experience in organizing and moderating workshops, as well as conducting trainings and coaching for testers, key users, and departments

• Technical understanding in the areas of SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft O365

• Experience with tool- and process-support for test management as well as implementing dashboards and reporting in the test context
