To grow together with our consulting team, we are looking for you as a Senior Testmanagement Consultant. If you want to structure diverse customer projects in test management, accompany teams in their professional development, and standardize quality sustainably with our customers, then you're exactly right at us. You will work at the interface of consulting, technology, and innovation, supported by an experienced team and with plenty of room for co-creation.

Aufgaben

• You design and are responsible for the entire test management process in our customer projects and contribute to the common success with your expertise.
• You develop a tailored test approach based on goals, requirements, and risks and advise and support our customers in implementation.
• You plan test stages, dates, and resources in close exchange and ensure reliable provision of test environments and data.
• You support stakeholders in risk-based prioritization of test scope and depth.
• You connect the departments of Fachbereich, Entwicklung, Betrieb, and Testteam and promote collaborative teamwork.
• You document test progress, errors, residual risks, and release decisions transparently.
• You assess the sensible use of test automation and special tests professionally and bring in relevant expertise specifically.
• You work on projects for HanseMerkur and other customers. We plan on-site dates early and transparently with you.
• Your project experience brings you actively into red6, to develop standards and best practices together with the team.

Qualifikation

• You bring practical experience in test management and quality assurance and enjoy using it together with the team.
• You design test activities enthusiastically and independently – from planning to evaluation.
• You are familiar with risk-based testing, test strategy, metrics, and error analysis.
• You work routinely with requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, and test documentation.
• You understand agile, iterative, and classical approaches and adapt flexibly to the project context.
• You ideally have certifications like ISTQB, CTFL, CTAL Test Manager, knowledge of ISO 29119 or a good understanding of quality standards.
• You bring interest or first experiences with generative AI in use in test management, quality assurance, or project work.
• You critically evaluate AI results and recognize where professional decision-making and release are necessary.
• Quality topics like performance, security, accessibility, resilience, and usability are at your heart, and you can place them professionally.
• You enjoy exchanging with colleagues, advising them, and sharing your knowledge respectfully.
