Senior Testing Automation Engineer (Hybrid work)
Job description
The successful candidate for the Senior Testing Automation Engineer position will be working as a part of a high-performance Scrum teams. They will:
- Work closely with other teams, analyze testing processes, and propose improvements.
- Train Test Engineers and help to spread good practices across the organization.
- Be responsible for setting up Test Automation framework for multiple solution deliveries.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout Agile product lifecycle.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
- Produce testing documentation (plans, strategies).
- Participate in Quality Guild workshops and training sessions to spread the word about Test Automation Best Practices.
