(Senior) Test- and DevOps Engineer*in
Job description
You want to implement test automation, but not just that - you want to build it from scratch with CI/CD pipelines, HIL integration, and the freedom to anchor quality systemically.
Do you know the feeling when tests are manually clicked through, although you exactly know that a well-thought-out test infrastructure with automated workflows would provide real security? When Hardware-in-the-Loop tests remain isolated solutions in the lab instead of being integrated into CI/CD pipelines? When Jenkins pipelines are missing and container deployments are future music? Stop it!
We at TWK develop and produce since over 60 years in the growth market of measurement and automation technology customer-specific sensors for the plant and machinery industry. Functional safety for man and machine is our claim - and that's where you come in.
As (Senior) Test- and DevOps Engineer*in, you'll get exactly what's often missing elsewhere: the freedom to develop and shape a test automation infrastructure for embedded systems from scratch. Plus an interdisciplinary development team waiting to benefit from your DevOps expertise. You build CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Gerrit, integrate HIL test systems into automated workflows, and manage containerized test environments - not as a side task, but as your core responsibility.
We're looking for you in full-time at our location in Wedel at the earliest possible time.

Benefits
Why TWK? Because here more counts than fruit basket and parking space.
Yes, we have Germany ticket, company car, wellness hub, drinks, fruit, and company events - but let's be honest: That's not why you change jobs.
The real difference-maker:
A family-owned business with bite.
Long-term led, but with a young, nearby leadership that doesn't manage, but wants to shape - you'll notice it in the first conversation and every day after.
We invest. Really.
No investment fatigue, no cost-cutting, but real investments in modern test environments, new measurement devices, and development. And in you, if you have the will to move something.
Your ideas? Will be implemented.
Short distances, open doors, and genuine participation - if your idea is good, we'll make it happen. Not in three months, but now.
Work-Life-Balance that works.
Family-owned means family comes first at our place. And besides: Good transportation connection in Wedel - no stress, no compromises.
You'll have design space from day one.
No onboarding time on the bench - you come to shape and exactly that's allowed.
We rely on reliability rather than promises. If you want to actively contribute and drive the company forward, we look forward to your application.
