Senior Test Leader with Advanced English

Job Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of tests for key projects of an international insurance company, ensuring high standards of quality in coordination with global teams, including stakeholders in Russia. This position is crucial to establish trust with the client through technical leadership, experience in the 'Financial-Insurance' sector, and mastery of the English language. Your mission is to align test efforts with business objectives, promote best practices, and facilitate account growth through solid and reliable management.

• SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ALL TEST ACTIVITIES IN MULTIPLE PROJECTS.
• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT INTEGRATED TESTING STRATEGIES AND METHODOLOGIES.
• LEAD THE TEST TEAM, PROVIDING GUIDANCE, MENTORSHIP, AND SUPPORT TO SENIOR TESTERS.
• ENSURE THAT TEST EFFORTS ARE ALIGNED WITH PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND TIMELINES.
• REVIEW AND APPROVE TEST PLANS, CASES, AND SCRIPTS DEVELOPED BY SENIOR TESTERS.
• IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT IN PROCESSES AND IMPLEMENT BEST PRACTICES TO INCREASE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TESTS.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Software Engineering Professional.
• 6 years of experience in QA.
• 3 years of experience in Test Leadership roles.
• Experience in integrated testing strategies and methodologies.
• Experience in approved test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Scheduled progress reports and quality metrics.
• Better practices documentation and process improvements.
• Risk identification and tracking.
• Estimation of tests.
• At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector (policy processes, claims, issuance, etc.).
• Reside in CDMX as the position is 100% on-site.
