Senior Test Engineer

Responsibilities
• Review and analyze system specifications • Collaborate with manager to develop effective strategies and test plans • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results • Evaluate product code according to specifications • Create logs to document testing phases and defects • Report bugs and errors to development teams • Help troubleshoot issues • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Requirements • A minimum of 5+ years working experience in software testing • Experience in project management and QA methodology • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors • Working knowledge of test management software and SQL • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude • Should have worked in testing automation and well versed with testing tools for web and mobile (Browerstack, MonkeyTalk, Selenium, Zephyr Scale, Kobiton, Appimium, CrossBrowser, Loadrunner, Jmeter) • Experience with bug tracking tools lije Jira, Mantis, BugZilla • Experience in mobile testing tools like Appimium, Espresso, MonkeyTalk • Experience in API testing tools like SoapUI, SoapSonar and others • Experience in load testing is a plus • Good problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Team – management skill is preferred
